A gift
This podcast is an absolute gift. I was just discussing a topic with friends and the next episode that was posted was exactly what I needed. So thankful.
One of my favorites
My two favorite genres of podcast are mental health and Christianity and this combines both perfectly. Too often we separate our spiritual health and our physical/mental health but this podcast reminds us that it’s a holistic thing. They are so friendly and personable, it’s like having a chat with two very wise friends who give the best advice ever.
Great even for lay people
I am not a counselor but have long been interested in counseling, especially from a biblical perspective, and this podcast is wonderfully informative and engaging. The hosts are wise and humble and are great interviewers. I have learned so much from this podcast and highly recommend it!
