This session, led by Krister Bengtsson from the Star Wine List, focuses on Italian wine in the Scandinavian restaurant scene, providing an overview of the individual markets and addressing the following key questions: 1) How do individual markets of Denmark, Sweden and Norway compare? 2) How do importers and distributors operate in each market (are there pan-Scandinavian players or are they country-specific)? 3) What is the role of sommeliers? 4) How can Italian producers get on distribution and listings in top Scandinavian restaurants and wine bars?
