Twelve (angry?) jurors have been seated in the politically-motivated Manhattan criminal case brought against Donald J. Trump by district attorney Alvin Bragg. Dan is astounded that the Trump attorneys allowed two lawyers onto the jury, when he has never encountered even ONE on a single jury in which he's ever tried a case.

Also, as we approach 25 years since the horrors of the Columbine High School mass shooting (April 20, 1999), Dan revisits the harrowing 9-1-1 call made by teacher Patti Nielsen on that fateful day.
