I'm Danica Patrick and I'm Pretty Intense!
I believe that each and every one of us has the power within ourselves to create the life that we really want. And I want to inspire you to go conquer your dreams, both professionally and personally.
That's why I created this podcast.
We can learn together with intense discussions with my guests about life, inspiring ideas and ultimately realize our true best self.
Our guests will be from all aspects of life: They're going to be family, friends, celebrities, musicians, artists, experts and entrepreneurs.
Sometimes people haven't necessarily been asked a certain question or maybe someone hasn't thought a certain way or even challenge themselves. And I feel like for me: I got that therapy through interviews. So. this podcast is going to be intense therapy!
We're gonna go as deep as we can possibly go with people and learn what learn how they what they did, and how you can to.
Join me for this deep dive...my only warning is, it could get Pretty Intense!

Dr. Robert J. Gilbert
Welcome to the Pretty Intense Podcast. Today on the show is Dr. Robert J. Gilbert. This is his second appearance on the show, but we had so much more to talk about: stem cells, exosomes, PRP and anti aging therapies which lead into a conversation about bio geometry. We then dug into what I really wanted to talk to Robert about which was Rosicrucianism. We are learning today about the history of Rosicrucian, and what it means to be in the practice of it. When we research these ancient practices, very often what we find are tools to live a happier life, with more joy, and understanding of others. We also can discover the role we play as humans, why we are here, and what our full potential is. We learned so much today, we hope you do too. Enjoy this episode.

Dr. Craig Koniver
Welcome to The Pretty Intense Podcast. Today our guest is Dr. Craig Koniver. Dr. Koniver is a health and human performance expert in nutrient and science-driven protocols for performance and longevity. He is also the founder of Koniver Wellness. I was recommended to meet Dr. Koniver a couple of years ago. I went to see him at his clinic in Charleston. I was able to fine tune all the different modalities I had been using into a more focused plan that has been working so much better for me, and Dr. Koniver’s wife Keli is the skin wizard who turned me on the the art of Micro-needling. What Dr. Koniver does so well is he balances the practicality and the mental side of things with the biological impact, and what the science says. Really it is a matter of trial and error, and what works for one person, doesn’t always work for another. We talked about NAD, peptides, semaglutide, tirzepatide, stem cells, PRP, all the different things that are out there, that you might be curious about. Dr. Koniver has a great program coming to koniverwellness.com called "Choose Your Adventure" where you experience an online health customization. Please enjoy this informative episode.

Dr. Nicole LePera
Welcome to The Pretty Intense Podcast. Today our guest is Dr. Nicole LePera. We actually had Nicole on the Podcast about four years ago. Nicole goes by the name "The Holistic Psychologist" on social. She has a huge following. Nicole does a really great job of educating people on the dynamics that exist in our reality. What makes us sad? What makes us feel unappreciated? What makes us feel lonely? She has a new book coming out in November called: "How To Be The Love You Seek". I think it is so great that there are more people writing about this more autonomous, self reflection. How to control your destiny. Perception plays a humongous role in our reality. The difference between fear and excitement is a real fine line, and it could maybe just be perception. You could go bungee jumping, and be scared to death, or be super excited. I think it is great that people are writing about this. We have so much power within us to change the way we experience everyday life, based on how we feel about ourselves. We talked about how childhood plays such a big role. How our childhood programs us in how we go into our adult and romantic relationships. Nicole is in a very interesting and different kind of relationship. She is in a throuple. There are three girls in the relationship, and Nicole speaks openly about how that works. This is a great episode. Enjoy with Nicole.
