Leading is hard. We get it. Reporting to you is hard, too.
And we know that neither of us is automatically taught how to navigate conflict with our people or leaders.
That's why we're here: to talk about it. The ways we need you to improve, the questions we have, and everything in between.
And by "we" we mean Brandi Spurling: Keynote speaker, culture consultant, and long-time "people".
