What I Learned From a Few Bad Bosses to Help Change My Leadership

What I Learned From a Few Bad Bosses to Help Change My Leadership

Think of the moments when you experienced having a horrible boss.

    Pretty sure it felt crappy!

According to a Gallup survey, half of U.S. employees left a company because of a bad boss. This is fueled by the belief that people don't leave companies – they leave bad managers.

So, why are there are so many horrible bosses and leaders out there?

Rather than dwelling on the bad side, I want to transform how you view poor leadership into something that can help improve your leadership.

Are You Leading By Accident, or By Design?

Are You Leading By Accident, or By Design?

For years, I thought that I had to be both the manager and the leader of my company.

I wanted to be in the weeds, planning, and solving problems just as much as I wanted to cast vision and strategize for the future.

Great Podcast!

I recently listened to episode 041 with her executive virtual assistant, Kim. It was refreshing hearing Kim's side on her opinion of EA's along with explaining the benefits. You two seem to have a very awesome relationship. This was a great one, Kim!

Trivinia is a breath of fresh air

Trivinia has a wonderful way about her. She's seen the dark side of being an entrepreneur, and she's made it a point to bring awareness to what she's doing in her business (and her life) to help others avoid the pitfalls of working too hard inside their businesses. She's been around the block and understands that a lot of entrepreneurs haven't released their false beliefs that they have to do it all and that to work harder is to be more productive. If you're an entrepreneur, you'll most definitely want to listen to what she has to say - and to the amazing interviews she has of top performers in the entrepreneurial space - to let go of those old beliefs and create ones that serve you and your business more.
