Happy Spring!! 3 I created a poll on my Instagram story to get some input about topics you're interested in hearing from me. This was the most voted on topic so I'm excited to share what has helped me over the years physically, mentally, and spiritually.

At 12:02 I shared about physical *healthy girl habits* that I've implemented over the past two years.

Being a well nourished woman is foundational to assist you hormonally on all levels. I have personally introduced bone broth, raw milk, grass-fed unflavored beef gelatin in my teas and baked treats and grass-fed beef liver to my diet. I also cook with ghee(clarified butter) and organic pasteurized butter to avoid seed oils. I forgot to mention on this episode that I do use extra virgin olive oil from time to time.

In the past few years I haven’t been on a diet, but I’ve managed to lose a substantial amount of weight by learning to eat with my natural hormonal cycle to optimize my metabolism and maintain bodily homeostasis. I don’t calorie restrict at all. I keep it simple focusing on protein, carb, fat - for a balanced diet. I also focus on eating whole foods more than processed foods.

Chapter 11 - How To Communicate Difficult Feelings
John begins to introduce the love letter technique as an aid for communicating difficult feelings and I added that this alchemical process only requires our willingness to meet and move through our waves before returning back to our "lover girl mode."
John incorporates the four primary aspects of emotional pain into the creation of the Love Letter process. It begins with anger, sadness, fear, regret and then ends with love. As love is the beginning of everything.
At 13 minutes I sum up what men generally feel in the process of their love letters.
At 14 minutes I break down what a response letter is how it can be helpful.
At 21 minutes I speak about valuing and striving for a life-giving union.
At 28 minutes I begin Chapter 12 - How To Ask For Support & Get It.
I spoke about how the wounded feminine can result in unconscious or conscious entitlement by having a demanding attitude.

Would you consider yourself a direct or non-direct communicator?
Do you see a difference between "could you" and "would you" statements when asking for support?

At 50 minutes I speak about the wounded feminine and how we as women, desire his SPINE and HEART.
At 56 minutes I broke down why John says "love can be programming."
At 1:05 minutes, I spoke about this private community you may be interested in.

Know that any tension formed from arguments can be alchemized into aliveness. I broke down the 3 common ways Martians and Venusians avoid hurt. I'd like to invite you into some reflection during this episode. Would you consider yourself a "folder, faker, or fighter"? Know that exuding appreciation and loving approval can go a long way in your relationships. Know that getting to the root of how you feel is beyond valuable!
I start Chapter 10 at 32 minutes.
We have this ability as woman, to aid in a mans healing with our appreciative heart. Do you have a deep hearted reverence for life itself? Do you find yourself catching the "flu"(resentment) often?
The era of self-accountable women is here. Give the Martian(man) you're relating to, a chance to show up. This is all about having a new edge for honoring and respecting the masculine. This is also about being in confident in our feminine design as woman of God.
