Overall, I was incredibly impressed by Melainie’s clear expertise in the field of eating disorders. She also explains complex topics in an easy to understand way!
For example, most people don’t understand why their attempts at weight loss fail. Yet Melanie was able to describe how your fat cells don’t go away when you lose weight, your fat cells only deflate.
And once your fat cells deflate, they trigger your body to start craving foods. And of course ... once you start craving it’s basically all over from there right?!
