These times are like no other as we continue to see a rise in covid19 related deaths, domestic violence issues/deaths, and everything else that's magnified times one million showing itself daily. It's been tough and agonizing to put it bluntly!

 

So we would like to uplift you all by inviting you into our weekly series of self care. 

 

This series is designed to give you ways to help yourself thrive in your current situation. We're here to offer love, positive affirmations, and unique ways to help you and your loved ones take care of yourselves. Whether it's taking care of yourself mentally, physically or both we're here to lend our voices to help you find some sort of stability through these trying times.

 

Today's show is about mental stability and "finding that inner positive voice to affirm to yourself that YOU are enough no matter what your situation is in these times."

American politics has captured the world like no other time in our nations history. 

 

We've seen how the last four years has created turmoil and craziness in our nation. We've seen how Trump has taken what President Obama accomplished and stomped on it. We've seen his erractic behavoir and his disgusting antics toward people of color, to calling many nations s&*t-hole nations, to starting race wars, and to giving his homies the biggest tax breaks.

 

Then strikes covid19 and yet he didn;t care about that either. Which truly has taken many lives and people that we all know and love. 

This year has been very tough for many and with this second round of covid19 it may get tougher we continue to battle this disease as well as struggling to survive on a daily basis.

 

However, with a newly elected President (Joe Biden) we can all hope that many aspects of this ravaged nation get better. Hope is the only thing that we can do at this point. So please join me as we chat, have a laugh a or two and find common ground as we press on in this nation.
