This is the 8th mix in this series and it was actually started in early 2020, but like everything else, the year got away from it. When I sat down to start working on something new, I found this track lists that I had put together. I liked the songs so much, that I thought it deserved to be completed. Brad Robinson Livecast Mix March 2020
The Space Cowboys have been hosting Livecast events for the past few weekends as a way to bring some uplifting spirit to the shelter-in-place requirement and to raise some monies for some important services in the Bay Area. It was a blast being able to contribute to this latest Livecast. This is a fun old school set of house and dance music which was inspired by all of the vinyl digging that I have been doing over the past few weeks. Almost all of these are pre-2000 tracks that shaped my world as a DJ. Enjoy it!

"It was another epic year at Breakfast of Champions. We celebrated 20 years of throwing this party for San Francisco, and we are so grateful for the communities continuing support for the Space Cowboys “shaking your business”. I pulled in a bunch of old school vibes and samples into this years BOC set and it was so much fun grooving with the dance floor in the sunshine. What a way to start 2020!"

born and raised in the seven mile by the bay... I raged for years dancing from undergrounds to the endup and back again... one of the best mornings ever I THINK IT WAS NOVEMBER 2004 ? at the END UP brass taxx / space cowboys... Me and Seven tearing up the dance floor LIKE THE BIGGEST BEAT JUNKIES EVER .... I remember REALLY wanting THE RECORDING FROM THAT MORNING...OR one of his cd's that saturday morning as we fell thru the door AND CHARGED ON to ZIETGEIST... SF MUSIC CAN BE FOUND NOWHERE ELSE AND THIS IS A PIECE OF IT.....

These podcasts KILL IT ! No matter what you are doing while listening to these beats, you are sure to do it with a smile and a groove. My favorites are Like the Sunshine, Together, and Live at the Space Cowboys Hoedown. I guarantee that people will start moving when these are played. Three cheers to DJ Brad and the rest of the Space Cowboys crew.
Baddest DJ on the West Coast
Brad rocks the house live and this podcast does a great job capturing his funky beats. Definitely worth downloading if you like to get groovey on the dance floor (or in your house, at the gym, in the car, etc.).
