Dr. Varun Gandhi - Lessons in suffering, shifting perspectives, and caring for humanity Ep. 215

I'm Awake! Now What?

This week I sit down Dr. Varun Gandhi about being a soulpreneur, creative, and philanthropist. Varun discusses the lessons our suffering teaches us. He shares how his perspective shifted when it came to work ideals and societal norms about professional success. He started to asking internally "what is my purpose here?" And this change of focus helped him shape a new story and outcome for his life. In that vain, he began "What's Your Story" a YouTube and podcast show that explores individual stories, the old narratives we tell ourselves, and the gift of writing a new story. Varun ends with his work helping feed the homeless and simple act of hydrating as a means to care for ourselves.
