Pamela is an award-winning marketing & communications guru, business leader, advocate, and mentor. Pamela successfully ran two New York City advertising agencies and turned around a third before launching Rogan Marketing and Communications (RMC) in 2010. RMC is a full-service outsourced firm where they perform the role of a marketing department for their clients. They also manage individual projects such as strategic consulting, website design & development, newsletters & blogs, graphic design, and full-service event planning.

Pamela's volunteer efforts include encouraging the growth of women, small business owners, and young adults who display entrepreneurial leanings while continuously educating herself to best foster diversity to stimulate growth, education, and employment.

Governing Board for Athena PowerLink, an organization that helps propel women-owned, 2nd stage businesses (10+ Years). President of the National Association of Women Business Owners Orlando (NAWBO) (4+ Years) and one of the founders of the successful Business Plan Competition where two winners received $20K in cash & prizes; SCORE Orlando used the model she created to launch their Biz program.Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board (4 years) and was the chair for their 2018 business conference. In 2019, Pamela was awarded the coveted i4 Business Magazine 2019 Women's Inspired Leadership Award for "Spirit of Mentorship."  Pamela is also a proud graduate of the UCF Business Incubator Program.

The Dynamic Business Leaders Podcast presents Cosmo Wilson as this week's guest.

Cosmo is an award-winning concert lighting designer and director for rock bands. He has done lighting for over 40 acts, most notably AC/DC, Aerosmith, Foreigner, The Rolling Stones, and the Scorpions, to name a few.

A free spirit and firm believer in creating his own luck and never saying no to anything, Cosmo started in the industry at 18 by taking a gig as a drum technician in New York. When it seemed like the band would not retain him, he challenged the crew to set up the drums independently, taught himself the process, and earned a position as a backline tech.

His venture into lighting came a few years later while working as a stagehand at various local arenas in Central Florida during the arena rock era. In 1986 he became a touring road crew member with The Cure, before also doing the same for Genesis, INXS, Crowded House, and many other acts. As they say, the rest was history. He later became a director and lighting designer and has also worked with artists such as Aerosmith, Guns N' Roses, John Secada, Gloria Estefan, Steel Pulse, Van Halen, and many others.

Known for his vintage lighting designs and wearing Hawaiian shirts, Cosmo is also quite a food connoisseur and history buff. He has visited over 83 countries, enjoys food from many different countries, and has a profound appreciation for the members of the US Military and the founding fathers of our great nation.

Cosmo's advice: Put trust and faith into the universe, and big things will happen; Listen and keep your eyes open!

Andres is a marketing communications strategist specializing in branding, marketing, and content strategies. He is also the founder and Chief Alchemist at AETHER Marketing Communications.

Truth be known, marketing was not always on his radar. He always had a passion for designing airplanes and spaceships, and he was on his way to becoming an Aerospace Engineer when he discovered his passion for marketing. So, he pivoted his career, earned his degree in Marketing from UCF, and focused on being a marketing management professional in the resort development and construction industries, later transitioning to higher education. He later earned an MBA with a concentration in Sustainable Business and is currently a doctoral candidate studying for his Ph.D. in Global Leadership.

Today, Andres assists his clients in the engineering, construction, surveying, manufacturing, and professional service industries with branding, graphic and web design, marketing strategy development, and content development.

A staunch disciple of servant leadership,  Andres has been a Rotary member for the past 12 years, having served as founding President of the Rotary Club of International Drive in Orlando. He will soon become District Governor for the Central Florida territory in 2022-2023. He also served as a past president of the American Marketing Association of Orlando, and he is a graduate of Leadership Orlando.
