E40 - Recapping a Study of 428 Pieces of Content The Content Transformation Podcast

We had an INSANE report go out this week analyzing over 428 pieces of content we've silently published and studied over the last 12 months (see the full report here LINK). Out of over 400 pieces of content, we divided them up into two types: long-form, and short-form. On the short-form side, we published over 316 short-form videos that earned more than a quarter of a million views. Guess how many customers came from over 280,000 views? One. That's right–one! And that one wanted a refund. 🤦‍♀️
 
I've long believed this to be true – when I look at our blog, for 10 years, over $5M in earnings of my own businesses have came from our blog. Long-form content has historically been a winner, not just for me, but for our many clients in the past decade. Now, at Content Hacker, it's my full-time job to bring the truth of content to light.
