Fran Duffy is Philly football’s Chris Wheeler
Hey Fran - you’re the man. I love your show. I learned so much from Wheels back in the day about baseball and I’m learning so much about football from you and the guys at Eagle Eye. You and Greg Cosell should win a Nobel Prize or Presidential Medal of Freedom. You guys made O-line cool. Keep up the great work man. I have a question. We’re getting great CB play out of Bradberry and Slay. Sometimes I forget Bradberry’s even on the field because offenses are avoiding him so much. CJGJ is racking up the INTs this year and then Reed Blankenship got another one in the play of the year this weekend. Are the safeties getting more opportunities for INTs because opposing teams are avoiding our CBs? Are opposing QBs forcing throws into traffic? Thanks man!!

The topic of inadequate run defense by the Eagles has become popular in recent weeks, but isn't this happening to other teams also? It seems to me that with the evolution of the passing game, defensive box players have become more faster and lighter over the years. Finally, offensive coaches are countering this with running schemes where offensive lineman are pushing back these lighter defensive players. What's your analysis?
Heavy personnel package
It appears that when the other team goes to a heavy personnel we are maintaining a 5-2 front that without Jordan Davis has had trouble stopping the run. Is there any possibility of going with three Stacked backers and a four-man front to combat this? Can Reddick play the Will? Dean? I understand that there will always be weaknesses but this one seems like it’s becoming a problem. Dw
