5. Guided: Move-Breathe-Notice to Soothe Anxiety
A practice to soothe feelings of anxiety and stress. We start with some conscious movement to release stagnant energy from the physical body. Then, we calm the central nervous system with a few minutes of soft-belly breathing and finish with an easy and fun consciousness practice to connect you with your surroundings and bring you deeper into the here and now.
The soft-belly breathing technique is based on the work by psychiatrist James S Gordon, MD.
Recorded and edited at Camp Cortez Studios (Los Angeles, CA).
4. Sleep Meditation: Relaxing Into Being
Shift from your busy day of doing and thinking into a relaxing state of being, sensing, and resting. You can practice this in bed, when you are traveling on a plane, bus, etc., and also at any time during the day when you'd like to feel more relaxed and at ease.

Calming guided meditations which provoke reflection and thoughtfulness
I love these very calming, healing guided meditations by Ana Liz. The stories and poetry she shares are inspiring and thought-provoking. Her emphasis on where things happen in the body — bringing together mind, spirit, body with our emotions — is so effective. I love her voice: dreamlike yet earthy at the same time.
Just what I needed
I was having a stressful day and feeling lost internally. Having listened to the dialogue discussing Rumi’s Poem, I found much clarity and found the room to make space for all my feelings.
