Calming guided meditations which provoke reflection and thoughtfulness

I love these very calming, healing guided meditations by Ana Liz. The stories and poetry she shares are inspiring and thought-provoking. Her emphasis on where things happen in the body — bringing together mind, spirit, body with our emotions — is so effective. I love her voice: dreamlike yet earthy at the same time.
