Kneisha spent 10 years in Corporate Finance positions within Fortune 100 companies. She has extensive experience coaching and training cross-functional leaders and international teams, allowing her to develop managers and leaders across three continents. The fruit she has reaped in her career and continues to reap in her business is because of faith. She wrote The Fruit of a Spirit-Led Leader because she wanted others in the workplace to know that it is possible to bring their spiritual self to work and still be fruitful.
