Embracing grace and grit while in transition with Andy Petranek The UNcivilized Podcast with Traver Boehm

    • Self-Improvement

In our outer world, we can have everything; money, fame, strength, beauty, and still be empty inside, without feeling anything, without having anything that makes us feel complete or even happy. Suffering from internal wounds that we have not taken the time to heal and that we have created a shell so strong that we have not allowed ourselves to cry.

This is a beautiful episode of self-improvement, an episode that tells a fascinating transition story about the life of Andy Petranek.

Andy, an ex-marine, entrepreneur, and coach, is also my mentor, whom I appreciate so much and wanted to invite him today so that he can tell us his story. A man with a fascinating outer life who struggled with internal problems that led him to suffer from depression and panic attacks, thus leading to the business of his life to decline.
