Helps with my anxiety
My mom introduced me to the podcast a few months ago and it has been a huge help. Was having major anxiety and trouble sleeping. I don’t know if it’s the background music, his voice, or just everything all together but it actually is calming. If you don’t like this particular podcast I recommend you find one that suits you if you’re struggling. It does help truly.
Can’t sleep without I!
Found this in 2018 when I had to work 3am and couldn’t get to sleep no matter what. I helped me sleep. My body just naturally resists rest.
Fast forward 2023 and my body associates this with peace… peace in the Lord. Stillness. Rest. I can always sleep when I turn this on.
Insightful
Encountering Peace gives me a new and personal way to connect with God. The time spent in scripture opens a different perspective as if I’m seeing it from God’s point of view and I leave this time with a sense of peace ready for my day.
