Today is it my pleasure to present my conversation with Ender Alexander Delgado.
Ender is a Plant Manager at Cargill. Most people are unfamiliar with Cargill because it's not a consumer brand: but this global food conglomerate is the largest privately held corporation in the United States in terms of revenue. If it were a public company, it would rank within the top 20 on the Fortune 500
Ender is an Industrial Engineer from the Catholic University of Colombia with more than 15 years of experience in multinational companies.
He has worked for companies like Philip Morris and MARS, leading the implementation of continuous improvement systems, EHS systems, digital transformation projects, and the operation of production plants.
Ender is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, with a Graduate Degrees in quality, continuous improvement, and EHS.
Please join me in welcoming Ender Delgado!
