Going Nde Right Direction

Nice to hear a first hand account of real estate investing progressively, with explanations of terms, such as earnest money and turn-key vs fix-and-flip.

Also, having worked for many years with electrical engineers - who tend to be not only paid well enough to have $$$ to invest initially, but also, as a professional demographic, they tend to be analytical by default and math-oriented AND less social (borderline Asberger Syndrome) resulting in the free time and objectivity to be successful at real estate investing.

You picked a solid niche.

Side note: the French accent of your guest, irrespective of his authenticity and insights, as well as your name, Nde Kimbeng, will scare away a % of the majority white engineers who, in my experience, can exhibit cultural “nulls” that defy their intelligence.

But I’m glad you are doing your thing fully up front despite that, because the country/world is mixing whether they like it or not.
