    Check Out These Highlights:
Lately, I have been reflecting on my life, career, business, and level of success.  Being in sales for 40 years I have the expertise to teach others the art and skill of having dynamic and effective sales conversations that convert to business.
How did I get to this level of skill?  Great question!

In the past decade, I have realized that hard work is a piece of the puzzle.  Hard work alone doesn’t guarantee a positive outcome. In fact, I feel like the more I pushed forward with determination and effort, when things weren’t going as planned it sometimes made the bad situation even worse.

Being a lifelong learner and interviewing amazing guests on my two podcasts, I get to hear and learn every day about energy, manifestation, slowing down to speed up, and mindfulness.

These were not concepts that I had learned or used during the first 10 years of my business.  Now it is the cornerstone of every decision I make.
This is such an important topic and today my guest is Christy Whitman,  No relation, who is going to help us break down 7 Steps to manifest any desire.

    About Christy Whitman:
Christy is the channel for The Council, spiritual mentors here to spread the message of Quantum Energy Mastery. Christy & The Council teach classes, and meditations and provide private sessions to help clients feel more aligned with their Divine Design of well-being, abundance, success, and loving and supportive relationships.

For over fifteen years, and before channeling The Council, Christy was a Transformational Leader, Celebrity Coach, and Law of Attraction expert, as well as the two-time New York Times bestselling author of The Art of Having It All and Taming Your Alpha Bitch.

Christy has appeared on, The Today Show, The Morning Show, Ted X, and The Hallmark Channel, and her work has been featured in the media in various publications. She’s been featured in Goalcast, People Magazine, Seventeen, Woman’s Day, Hollywood Life, and Teen Vogue, to name a few.

Scott Livengood – How the Entrepreneurial Mindset Can Change the World

Scott Livengood – How the Entrepreneurial Mindset Can Change the World

Connie's motivational quote for today is by – Oprah Winfrey, “Every time you state what you want or believe, you’re the first to hear it. It’s a message to both you and others about what you think is possible. Don’t put a ceiling on yourself."

    YouTube: https://youtu.be/Qh-e19986zk

Check Out These Highlights:  As I write this introduction and reflect on this quote, I realize the importance of not putting a ceiling on ourselves.  This can be tough for business owners. We are often in our own worlds and minds.

Collaboration, ongoing learning, trial and error, tenacity, having a healthy mindset, and never giving up, are just some of the needed skills we need to tap into as business owners.
Having an entrepreneurial mindset can help you start a business but also help you perform at a higher level in your corporate job too.

If you are thinking about starting a side hustle or launching your own business, you are in store for a treat.

About Professor Scott Livengood, a.k.a. the Seinfeld Sensei:  Scott earned his Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of Maryland and his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

Sarah Peyton - Making Your Brain a Good Place to Live

Sarah Peyton - Making Your Brain a Good Place to Live

Connie's motivational quote for today is by – Shaili Jain, “Take avoidance to an extreme, and you have denial: a deep burial of the trauma.”

    YouTube: https://youtu.be/nJDVF-U6oMI

    Check Out These Highlights:
Did you know that the aftereffects of emotional trauma can last long after the initial events? And that they can be healed now?

I am always fascinated to learn about my inner voice, brain function, and how my life today may be affected by past traumas.

Things like self-criticism, insomnia, nightmares, intrusive memories, shame and struggles with self-compassion are all little-known aftereffects of emotional trauma.

The coolest thing is with the knowledge from relational neuroscience, we can all take action to resolve trauma and make our brains good places to live.

Of course, I have an expert who is going to help us peel back this topic so we all can act today!

    About Sarah Peyton:
Sarah is an author, constellations facilitator, Certified Nonviolent Communication Trainer, and neuroscience educator, who integrates constellations, brain science, and the use of resonant language to heal trauma with exquisite and warm gentleness. She teaches and lectures internationally and is the author of the Your Resonant Self books, on the relational neuroscience of making your brain a good place to live. Her third book, Affirmations for Turbulent Times is now available.

Donna Zajonc – Who Do You Want To Be on the Way to What You Want

Donna Zajonc – Who Do You Want To Be on the Way to What You Want

Connie's motivational quote for today is by – Carlto Cuse,  “The creative process is not like a situation where you get struck by a single lightning bolt. You have ongoing discoveries, and there are ongoing creative revelations. Yes, it's really helpful to be marching toward a specific destination, but, along the way, you must allow yourself room for your ideas to blossom, take root, and grow.”

    YouTube: https://youtu.be/nL5ppWNC4Ms

    Check Out These Highlights:
The creative process is designed to produce something you want. If you don't want to create it, then why do it?  I find that many of my clients and people I work with, confuse the creative process with problem-solving.

You are not creating something new if you simply jump from solving one problem to the next. Creating is bringing something into being that has not been created yet. It is therefore essential that you really care about what you want to create otherwise you are likely to respond to what you think you “should” create.

Avoid the dilemma of spending time, your talent, your energy, and your money on things that don't matter to you. Once you have an idea of what that “something” is that you really care about, you become inspired to solve problems to create it and feel inspired to bring something new into being.

    About Donna Zajonc:
Donna is a Master Certified Coach and Director of Coaching for the Center for The Empowerment Dynamic.

Deeply curious about the inner workings of the human mind, Donna enthusiastically embraced professional coaching 20 years ago. Her new book, Who Do You Want To Be on the Way to What You Want: Coaching with The Empowerment Dynamic was published in March 2022.

Donna Zajonc’s mission is to partner with individuals, teams, and organizations who want to bring their innate wisdom to life and work through the application of TED* (The Empowerment Dynamic)®.

    256. Melanie Salvatore-August – Feel better By Creating Micro Habits

    256. Melanie Salvatore-August – Feel better By Creating Micro Habits

Connie's motivational quote for today is by – Sean Covey, “Depending on what they are, our habits will either make us or break us. We become what we repeatedly do.”

The quote hit me when I found it online.  I think most of us are routine people whether we realize those habits or not.  I love habits and when I am coaching or training my clients, I share the value of good habits and how systemizing them (rinse and repeat if you will) allows us to stop thinking about the habit and allow it to just become part of who we are or who we are hoping to become.

I am always excited when I get to share a guest who helps us bring the quote I started with to life.  Meaning, that we can be thoughtful with our habits that can create a life of joy and happiness.
