They're the life of the party and an absolute joy to be around, but they too have their burdens to carry. The Enthusiast needs to be happy and avoid pain. Sevens define FOMO (fear of missing out). They radiate joy and optimism, mainly because they refuse to sit with uncomfortable emotions. Enthusiasts are spontaneous and always seeking out the next thrill. If their reality is the least bit disappointing, they’re consumed with anticipating the next exciting adventure. They can be flaky and find commitment challenging, especially in relationships. Healthy Sevens appreciate and seek out the joy in life because they’re at ease with their full emotional range.
