    Hosting over four decades of experience in the industry, Barry DiRaimondo oversees strategic investments and operations across all SteelWave LLC commercial real estate (CRE) and company-related matters, including ownership and disposition strategies on enterprise-owned assets and development and acquisition approaches applicable to each SteelWave market.

    Barry is an outspoken thought leader in addressing challenges and intrepid opportunities for investment in the modern commercial real estate (CRE) marketplace, frequently invited to speak at like-minded conferences and industry panels and is an annual Milken Global Conference participant. He additionally serves as an expert commentator to globally resonant media including Bloomberg, Fortune, the San Francisco Standard, the Los Angeles Times and the International Business Times (IBT).

    Barry is a member and Council Chairman of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a member of the Policy Advisory Board at the Fisher School of Real Estate at the Haas School of Business and concurrently serves as the Chairman of the Board at e-Cobalt Investing.

    He began his career as a General Contractor for Custom Designs Construction, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Cornell University.

    Erika Allen (she/her) is the Founder & CEO Strategic Development and Programs for Urban Growers Collective and the President of Green ERA Educational NFP and Co-Owner of Green Era Sustainability Partners. Previously, Erika founded and was the Director of Growing Power – Chicago for 15 years from 2002 to 2017. Allen is the co-founder of the Chicago Food Policy
    Action Council, serves on the board of Grow Greater Englewood and Leadership Council for Growing Home, and is an advisor for the Community Food Navigator project.
    Erika Allen’s work exemplifies a strong commitment to sustainability with her dedication to the eradication of environmental injustice and promotion of regenerative, urban agriculture within Chicago. Her commitment to the public sector through the promotion of sustainable agriculture, forging economic opportunities for low-income individuals and creating access to healthy food has made a strong and considerable impact on the City of Chicago.
    Erika has dedicated her professional career to public service, developing sustainable community food systems and advocating for just and environmentally friendly food policies. After receiving her Master’s degree in Art Therapy from UIC, she became the Projects Director of Growing Power and expanded this Milwaukee-based nonprofit and land trust by founding the Growing Power – Chicago branch. Since then, she has fostered numerous urban farms within the city, using the opportunities to teach young people the value of locally grown food, introducing healthy and diverse food options into food deserts, and creating jobs for individuals in low-income neighborhoods. Her drive to establish self-reliant, urban farms that grow food and nourish communities requires not only skill and expertise, but passion and dedication as well. Her work embodies two core values of UIC – diversity and service, in particular to the Chicago community.
    Erika has and currently holds several public service positions. Erika has been appointed by IL Governor J.B. Pritzker to the Illinois Agriculture Equity Commission. She serves on the Illinois Leadership Council for Agricultural Education (ILCAE). Erika serves on the Illinois Committee for Agricultural Education (ICAE) and was most recently elected as Vice-Chair. Erika is a member of the Olive Harvey College Urban Agriculture Advisory Council. She served as Chicago Park District Commissioner from 2012-2017. She serves on the Black Food Sovereignty Advisory Circle, City of Toronto, Canada. Erika was appointed in 2021 by the Biden Administration to join the Farm Service Agency Committee for Illinois.     Jordan Wallace is the first African American racer to compete in the Porsche Carrera Cup North America.

    With a love for the sport, Wallace started his career as a mechanic and worked his way into karting where he competed at the top levels while also working as an elite driving instructor.

    Wallace came to the fore in 2021 with two wins and four podium finishes. The two victories were historical, as Wallace became the first African American to win a Porsche Sprint Challenge race. These monumental wins felt even more poignant as they took place at the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

    Wallace then moved to Europe, where he raced in the DTM Trophy and the SRO GT4 series. His podium finishes and point collection earned him the move back to the United States, where he continues to make more history in the Porsche Carrera Cup.

    Brian Peckrill is interim director of the William G. McGowan Charitable Fund, leading all operations of the Fund. He also serves as the fellows program director, where he’s responsible for the design and implementation of this forward-thinking, ethics-focused experience for top MBA students, as well as fostering an active and engaged alumni community of young business leaders as they embark on and manage their careers.

    Prior to joining the McGowan Fund, Brian served as vice president of WorldChicago, a Chicago-based nonprofit organization focused on engaging the world in person-to-person exchange-based, capacity building projects. He oversaw all aspects of program planning and business development. Brian has also served as project director for the Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI), the U.S. Department of State’s flagship initiative for private sector leadership development in Europe and Eurasia.

    Brian has extensive experience developing and managing leadership programming; he has designed and executed leadership training programs across the globe, from Chicago to Ukraine, North Macedonia, and Japan.

    He has a bachelor’s degree in English from Wheaton College, as well as an MPA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
