About : Claudio Muller is Adjunct Professor of the School of Business of the University of Chile. Claudio is currently Academic Director of The Hispanic Project, a private initiative that conducts a study among Hispanic family businesses in the United States. He leads the FERC Spanish Discussion Group, a virtual study group with members from the Americas, Europe and Asia. He earned a PhD in Business Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain and an MBA from Loyola University in Maryland, United States.

He has been a professor at the Tec de Monterrey for over 20 years, he has presented research papers at the most important international conferences on management and family businesses and published articles in prestigious international scientific journals. He has been a consultant on business strategy, family businesses, and organizational development for over 20 years.
