   Today's episode is Jam Packed with Entertainment! Our guests today are Randy Taylor, Robert Brownstein, and Jena Hunt!

 Randy Taylor will give entertainers investment advice specifically tailored to their lifestyle! Robert Brownstein will teach people in the industry how to avoid serious mistakes others have made as they start to make a lot of money! Jena Hunt will update us on the June 1st premiere of,"House Of Temptation"!

 Today's guest is Chris Spangler!

Coach Spangler is entering his 20th season of coaching lacrosse where he has had the privilege of coaching youth, high school and collegiate teams throughout Colorado.  He has coached 13 collegiate All Americans, 4 high school All Americans and 27 All Conference high school players.

He has coached at such top collegiate programs as the University of Denver and the University of Colorado.  He has won a state championship as a player (East-Manual '90) and as a coach (Arapahoe '09) and was named RMILL Coach of the Year while at CU in 2000.  

He is currently an assistant coach at Highlands Ranch High School where he coaches with current Outlaw player and Highlands Ranch Head Coach Matt Bocklet.  

Coach Spangler has developed a number preseason and in-season conditioning programs that have helped his players play to the best of their abilities.  He encourages both general fitness and lacrosse specific training for all of his athletes at every level.

He is a CF-L1 Trainer and TRX certified trainer and has developed a number of speed and strength training programs for all levels of lacrosse players. 

Coach Spangler is the youth Director for DoCo Lacrosse and Langtry Lax Camps.  He is the owner of Vigor Performance and continues to coach camps and clinics throughout the year.

Coach Spangler graduated from Syracuse University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus in Neuroscience.  He is native to Colorado and raises his two children in Denver.

About Tim

  Tim’s professional career has been wide-ranging. He’s worked as a manual laborer, educator and coach from the junior high to collegiate level, professional fighter, published writer and poet, boxing and MMA trainer, and actor and stuntman. A finalist for UC Davis’ Winslow Award for Outstanding Graduating Senior, Tim holds a B.A. in Sociology with an emphasis on social work. He has a certification from UC Davis in Drug and Alcohol Studies, served on the Davis City Council Substance Abuse Commission and speaks to at-risk youth on behalf of the Boys and Girls Club. Additionally, he has been certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

"The Jay-Z dissed lacrosse"

(AllHipHop News) Jay Z might have told an unnamed adversary (read: Drake) that he as playing the wrong sport on DJ Khaled's "They Don't Love You No More" but it may be Jay Z in the wrong arena. Today (April 29th), a spokesperson for Major League Lacrosse has issued a statement against Jay Z's dismissal of lacrosse on DJ Khaled's new single.

In the song "They Don't Love You No More", Jay Z states "boy, you soft as a lacrosse team." In a statement issued to MTV, Major League Lacrosse (MLL) reasons that lacrosse is in fact dangerous as "players are on the field dodging and shooting balls at over 100 miles per hour." After stating that Lacrosse is often called the fastest sport on two feet", the statement reads that Jay Z may be misinformed entirely about the sport:

With that said we don't think Jay-Z knows what he's talking about when he calls Lacrosse 'soft' I can guarantee you it is anything but a 'soft' sport.

The statement then goes on to not only claim Jay Z "would not last one minute" in a lacrosse game but also intimated that they would be willing to test him:

Mr. Carter would not last one minute on a lacrosse field during a match and he is more than welcome to come to any of our games and try.
