The funny thing about Vision is you will declare it, and get started on creating it, and by the time you get there, you will look back and the road to getting there won’t look anything like you thought it would. This is important because so many times, we don’t take action toward our vision, because we make up that it will be hard, I’m not enough, I don’t know how. And I promise, and you will hear this from this week’s guest, just keep going, bits of action daily matter, you won’t have all the answers, there will be curveballs, and know this, you are capable and resourceful, and your vision matters.
Leaders don’t wait, I believe this in my bones. Leaders are willing to leap and weave the net on the way down.
