Ep 112: That Time I Couldn’t Speak Lets Be Honest Before We Start Pretending

    • Entrepreneurship

What would you do if you had an unlimited supply of courage? Let’s explore since you have courage available to you anytime you reach for it. In today’s episode we take on the comfort zone and the value in challenging ourselves to get out of it and getting comfortable being uncomfortable, being courageous.
Today I will be vulnerable and tell a story that taught me so many lessons on what it means to be courageous, to lean in, to stretch beyond my comfort zone and take the lead. My wish is that you find the humour that I found, and that this episode will inspire you to be courageous and keep stretching. Taking it back to the OG Episode 15, let’s stretch.
Here are the highlights from this episode:
(03:09) Change is inevitable
(07:39) Taking it to the next level
(11:53) Keep the negative voices out
(17:03) Perfection is not a realistic goal
(22:44) Don’t let confidence fall by the wayside
(26:10) Quitting is easy
(31:33) Living in excellence
(35:10) Moving towards the thing you want
LIFT(her) 6 Month Group Coaching Program for Women
Imagine if you had the tools you require to create the transformation you desire personally and professionally. Imagine if you woke up each day feeling energized instead of overwhelmed. Imagine if you woke up each day knowing, in your gut, that you are enough.
