Ep. 171: Redefining Work Hard, Play Hard for Herself: A conversation with Lindsey Kaszuba This Is My Truth

    • Self-Improvement

Today I dive into a fun yet meaningful conversation with Lindsey Kaszuba. Like me, Lindsey said f'it to her corporate job and took the leap to begin her own business. To do so, she had to come back home to herself and realign her ideas around success and working hard and playing hard. We also dive into perfectionism and how that relates to eating habits, specifically orthorexia.

More about Lindsey in her own words:

Lindsey Kaszuba helps women make small changes that create a big impact on overall health. She is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, entrepreneur, wife, mother, and founder of Lindsey Kaszuba Health. Lindsey’s mission is to teach and empower women that health and lifestyle can work together; she works one-one-one with her clients to create a plan to serve both.
