    • Entrepreneurship

Whether a team member failed to ask a follow up question or an inquisitive question about why your friend told you about this Doctor and now you're in the exam room ready for the first exam. Why did that friend think this office was worthy of the referral? Was it proximity to the house, cost, availability, specialty or just plain likability?
