Ep 36: Best Request Transformational

    • Religion & Spirituality

Welcome to the transformational podcast. A conversation between brothers about practical ways faith is impacting our lives. We invite you to join us on this journey as we are learning to let faith transform the way we live. Romans 12:2
Robert starts the podcast off with what God has been showing him about his God given identity. Then he takes a few mins to discuss his observation of the anointing of King Saul in 1 Samuel, and how it was pretty clear Saul did not understand his God given identity.
Then Chris takes us through a quick study of King Solomon beginning in 1 Kings 3 all the way through 1 Kings 11. King Solomon prayed for wisdom to lead God's people well, and God gave him both wisdom and wealth. King Solomon's prayer was an act of humility, and his obedience early on lead to blessing. Unfortunately, Solomon turned away from obedience and brought God's judgment on his children.
In the end, our best request is for God's wisdom.
