Karina F. Daves is one of my favorite people in the coaching space. When I talk about showing up online authentically, resourcefully and with ease, she is a prime example of this.
As a Life Coach, she provides several platforms with tips on how to have relationships, set boundaries and live your best life. Her focus is on boundaries, relationships and putting yourself first.
She guides women towards a fulfillment making sure that they are the main character of their lives. Her growing community allows women to see that they are not alone in life.
In this episode we dive into how to set boundaries with those around you including, partners, parents and friends without feeling like you’re walking on eggshells but with self-trust and as an act of love to yourself and those around you.
