Today’s episode features New York based actor, Dionna Eshleman.
Dionna Eshleman is an actor, singer, podcaster, and life coach for actors based just outside of NYC. She launched her podcast, The Nourished Actor Podcast, in March 2019, with hopes to build a safe space for creatives to discuss how to nourish our minds, bodies, and careers.  She is working on launching her life coaching business for performers in Spring 2020.
