Presently, Erick holds affiliations and ownership in several prominent Miami bars and restaurants, including Black Market Sports Bar in downtown Miami, Ben's Pizza in Bayside and Brickell, Pier 5 at Bayside, and John Martin's Irish Pub and Restaurant in Coral Gables. Additionally, he is venturing into the Quick Service Restaurant sector with the opening of Benihanas Quick Service restaurants, positioning itself to compete with establishments like Pei Wei or Panda Express.
