“I just always thought there was something wrong with me. I had to eat when I was stressed and over most feelings but, I don't have to do that anymore. I can keep food in the house I used to binge on and it's not a big deal. I  still can’t really believe it. I wish I would have done this 20 years ago!"

In this episode, I interview my amazing client Katie.
Katie and I have been working together for about 5 months in a group setting.

Before we started,  she wasn't really aware she was an emotional eater but new eating brought her happiness so she just kept doing it. But over time she began to feel like she had less of a choice and had to eat over emotions - food was controlling more of her life than she wanted.

Katie is the SWEETEST and shares what working with me was like and what her life is like now around food, body image, and her family.
