Renae is the BeST

This podcast is an eye opener when it comes to revealing the truth about food and our mindset/thoughts. She has such great life experiences that all of us can relate to and she offers very fresh insight, with some humor weaved in, on how to view food and more importantly how to view oneself. So good and I highly recommend this to anyone even if the struggle with food is not rampant in your life.
