Consistency, Commitment and Authenticity.  Those are the three main ingredients every mentor/mentee relationship needs.  As we dive deeper into National Mentoring Month,  Kevin interviews long-time minister to fatherless and at-risk youth, Ken Turner.  To know that he works weekly in juvenile detention centers and with kids of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds might cause you to expect a loud, domineering personality.  But success with students is found in things far more real and relational.
