He has served as the Executive Director on Aviva India Board and member of all Board level Committees, working with both shareholders as part of the Joint Venture, as the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director for the organization.

He is also a Certified Coach from ICF and Erickson and was Awarded ‘Top 40 HR Leaders’ 2014 in the country by Asia Pacific HR Congress.
