Inspired by his early experiences and the Affordable Healthcare Act, he founded Medical Resources Management, Inc. to streamline healthcare operations. His career has evolved into leadership roles focusing on Revenue Integrity and Clinical Operations, and now, he is dedicated to mentoring healthcare professionals to overcome their challenges and make a real difference. Recently, he has incorporated a new process of helping healthcare workers reduce stress both operationally using a process called 3D (Discover, Distill, Define) and at the level of the mind through Dreamwork.
