My amazing client, Jen, is on the podcast today to share her experience in working together.

Jen talks about how her competitive nature left her believing if she wasn't struggling or fighting in some way that she wasn't doing it right. In this conversation, Jen shares the ways she tried managing her food in the past, getting into a fitness competition, finally reaching her breaking point, and how much this work impacted her confidence and her life outside of food.


"When I started with her I just wanted to be able to eat pizza without panic, to stop thinking about food all day, and to stop caring so much about what everyone else thought! I got all of that and so much more. I can’t believe how different I feel from 6 months ago. I used to walk around with so much constant shame and my shoulders hunched over. I no longer do that. My entire energy has shifted. I walk, talk, and exist with more confidence. My relationships are better. I look in the mirror and think, “Look at that booty!” It has rippled out to my relationships at work, with family, and with my boyfriend. It's foreign and I am loving it! It’s like I walked out one door and into another. "
