EP212: Saying "Yes" to Solitude with Rebekah Iliff with Rebekah Iliff Minimalist Moms

    • Parenting

As a minimalist, one of my goals is to find time to regularly shut out the noise and prioritize alone time. It isn’t always easy to find dedicated time to myself each week but, even if for a half hour evening walk, I try to prioritize solitude in my life. Here today to share more about her findings and musings on solitude/alone time is author, Rebekah Iliff.
