I've worked in the field, in HQ as a global functional lead, and everything in between...  One of the things I know is that we have an exciting yet challenging industry not for the faint of heart. Yet, what is missing in industry is the human element.  Technical expertise will only get you so far... In order to break down barriers you need the ability to collaborate effectively and understand human behavior...
