Please meet  beautiful and inspiring Jillian Potashnick!  I had the pleasure of interviewing her and it was so much fun!! 

Jillian is a mom, wife, pilates instructor, yoga teacher for kids and adults, an author of The 5 F-Bombs,  and so much more!! 

We talked about her book, her 1109 Fitness business,  infrared saunas, her favorite motivational quote, her favorite things to do and a whole lot of high vibe magic!!  She so sweet and just as real as can be!!
