Her work encompasses multiple industries such as finance, higher education, technology, communications and more.
Karen has earned a BBA in Management from Texas Tech University. She is also SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified. Over Karen’s career, she has also served as Conference Director for HR Southwest, President of Dallas HRMA and on the Board of Trustees for Dallas HRMA.
