Episode 22: Avery & Brian Off The Comma

    • Self-Improvement

In our first “pairs” episode, we talk to Avery and Brian Baker.  This father and son team describe themselves as authentic, encouraging and funny, with emphasis on the encouragement of others. This shows up in their work together! Avery and Brian live in the USA.

Avery and Brian tell us about their shared experience with sitting on a comma about a significant change of career direction. Both of them describe a crossroads that required not only courage to take a different path, but different types of attachments that they had to question before moving forward. Along the way, not only does this experience bring father and son closer, but they also find that their learnings challenge them to “flip the script” on the strengths they originally brought to the table. Tune in to learn how Avery and Brian discover that making an impact on others started with making an impact on each other.
