What was supposed to be a new start and an opportunity for change ended up being a lesson in core values for Glenn. While agreeing to stay on as part of the transaction, he found himself feeling like his wings were clipped and his ideas were unwanted. Despite trying to contribute in positive and generous ways, he ultimately found himself steering someone else’s ship. After his contract ended, Glenn pivoted in a major way to find new opportunities; not only in business, but in lifestyle and location as well. Vince lives in the United Kingdom.  Vince tells us about sitting on two commas from his relationship with alcohol. After a moment where Vince found all the buckets in his life overflowing, he faced his first comma and decided to quit drinking in order to regain control. After a successful time without alcohol, he found himself drinking again in a controlled manner, but eventually came to his second comma and decided to quit for good. The difference between the two was quitting out of need, versus quitting out of want. His second comma, quitting because he wanted to, brought him to a place of joy, intention and alignment.
