Kendall lives in the United States.  Kendall tells us about sitting on a comma with postpartum depression. Having already lived with depression, Kendall anticipated challenges after the births of her children. When she had different experiences with maternity leave from her employer, she made the difficult decision to quit her job. This experience took Kendall on a journey of exploring her relationship with depression and defining ways to make agreements with her family about how to live with it. After a moment where Vince found all the buckets in his life overflowing, he faced his first comma and decided to quit drinking in order to regain control. The difference between the two was quitting out of need, versus quitting out of want. His second comma, quitting because he wanted to, brought him to a place of joy, intention and alignment.
