Although traveling is one of the most amazing things you can do for yourself, it can take a toll on your mind and body. When traveling to unfamiliar destinations you may find yourself feeling a mix of emotions from fear to excitement. In today’s episode, we are joined by an international yoga teacher and the founder of the Wild Yoga Tribe, Lily Allen-Duenas. From teaching yoga classes and workshops in surf hostels in Sri Lanka, hotels in Bali, and wellness centers in the Philippines - Lily has found the balance of traveling the world while still keeping a healthy body and mindset. Now, she is building a community rich in diversity, curiosity, and heart-centered connection and will be sharing with us her experiences and how you can maintain a healthy body and mind while traveling.
