After gaining an array of experience in the residential real estate market as a mortgage banker, investor, and landlord, Jon became interested in learning more about the commercial side of real estate. He spent a great amount of time researching, interviewing, and networking within the commercial industry and came to the conclusion that it fit his wants and needs, so he returned to Alpha College of Real Estate and obtained his real estate license. Soon after, he joined a local firm and closed over $4.3 million in sales and leases during his first calendar year. Following that year, he was offered the opportunity to join NAI Dominion, where he has continued his representation of both landlords and tenants. Jon learned from a early age of 16 that personal growth is important and overcoming obstacles was the key to his steady success.
