In celebration of International Women’s Day, UCL are speaking to seven senior women who are the titans of their fields. Presented by Cathy Giagrande and Dr Gudrun Moore, they discuss sexual harassment, racial inequality, mentorship, mental health, and success - no topic is off the table.
Cathy and Gudrun talk to Ruth Kennedy (founder of the Louis Dundas Centre for Children’s Palliative Care and Honorary Fellow at UCL) about the loss of her son to a brain tumour at the age of four, which led her to set up the UK’s first research centre for children’s palliative care
