The root to growth is time and an open mind. Similar to planting a seed, with nurturing and proper care of yourself, she believes we all can flourish. Diane is here to be the soft voice she didn’t have throughout her darkest days. She is light, she is love and she is walking in her purpose.

To kick off Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Diane came onto the show to share her harrowing experience of domestic violence and how she's been able to heal from it. Y'all know I hold a very special place in my heart for all of my 💜Survivor Sisters💜out there who have gone through similar situations I've dealt with.
1 in 3 women will be a victim of domestic violence in their lifetime. In order to end the cycle, we need to also end the stigma that keeps survivors from speaking up and reaching out for help. Hearing stories of others helps shine a light on how abuse begins, why partners stay, and what can be done to reduce domestic violence. Some survivors even manage to move beyond their painful experiences to find healing, like Diane.
*If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, please know that help is available. Call the 24/7 National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) or text "START" to 88788 for confidential support.
